Director / Choreographer:
As a choreographer in NYC I have a the opportunity to showcase my work at BAX, Merce Cunningham, several musical theatre festivals and recently for the Locust Performance Arts School in Stamford CT.
Putting myself 'outside the box' has helped me grow as an artist and appreciate the art of theatre.
In fall of 2009 I came up with a new concept for a show and decided to stage and choreograph a brand new dance piece. Along with the help of my associate (Cecilia Ceresa), I decided to write the full musical called "Between The Bricks". With the help of my composer (Davey Patterson) and associate, we developed it and "Between The Bricks" officially was introduced to the world in the West Village Musical Theatre Festival receiving Honorable Mentions for book, direction, and music.
In 2010 I was asked to choreograph for The Greenbrier Resort/Casino for their grand opening and Christmas season... which led to directing the musical "Tick Tick Boom!" for the West Virginia local high school's national musical theatre competition (in which they took first place).
In 2011 "Between The Bricks" was picked for the Midtown International Theatre Festival in New York City and received a Best Ensemble Nomination.
